This exercise is intended to locate and correct and blockages in your chakras.
– Each primary chakra will have a 10-minute segment with the corresponding color and frequencies.
– If you find a specific frequency causes discomfort, this may indicate a blockage with that chakra.
– Stay with it for as long as you can but take as many breaks as you need.
– It should eventually clear, and the frequency will then become pleasant sounding.
– You may repeat this exercise as often as you’d like until you no longer detect discomfort.
1:10 – 
The Root Chakra, also known as the Muladhara, is the first Chakra located at the base of the spine. It represents our foundation and connection to the earth, and is associated with the color red.
This chakra is responsible for our sense of safety, security, and survival instincts. It governs the physical body and is associated with the adrenal glands, kidneys, legs, and feet.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, stable, and secure in ourselves and our environment. However, if it is blocked, we may experience feelings of anxiety, fear, and instability.

The Sacral Chakra, also known as the Svadhisthana, is the second Chakra located in the lower abdomen. It represents our connection to pleasure, passion, and emotions, and is associated with the color orange.

This Chakra is responsible for our sense of well-being, vitality, and sexual energy. It governs the reproductive system and is associated with the bladder, kidneys, and reproductive organs.

When this Chakra is balanced, we feel passionate, creative, and connected to our emotions. However, if it is blocked, we may experience feelings of guilt, shame, and emotional instability.

The Solar Plexus Chakra (or ‘Manipura’) is the third of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the upper abdomen, uniting us with our personal power.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is the source of our confidence and self-esteem. It governs the digestive system and is associated with the stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and intestines.

When this Chakra is balanced, it empowers a person with a strong sense of personal power, confidence, and self-worth. However, if it is blocked, we may experience low self-esteem and lack of confidence with the inability to make decisions or assert oneself.

The Heart Chakra (or ‘Anahata’) is the fourth of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the center of the chest, opening our heart to love.

The Heart Chakra is the source of our compassion and emotional balance. It governs the circulatory system and is associated with the heart, thymus gland, lungs, arms and hands.

When this is balanced, it radiates love, compassion, and emotional well-being. However, if this Chakra is blocked, you may experience difficulty in giving and receiving love, have a fear of intimacy, struggle with trust issues, and find it hard to forgive and let go.

The Throat Chakra (or ‘Vishuddha’) is the fifth of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the throat, clearing up our ability to communicate.

This Chakra is the source of our self-expression and creativity. It governs the respiratory system and is associated with the thyroid gland, neck, mouth, jaw and ears.

When the Throat Chakra is balanced, it enables clear and authentic communication. However, if the Throat Chakra is blocked, it can lead to difficulties in communication and self-expression.

The Third Eye Chakra (or ‘Anja’) is the sixth of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the center of the forehead, enhancing our clarity and intuition.

This Chakra is the source of our imagination and spiritual insight. It governs the nervous system and is associated with the pineal gland, forehead and eyes.

When the Third Eye Chakra is balanced, it enhances intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual insight. However, if this Chakra is blocked, can result in a disconnection from intuition and inner wisdom.

Our lowest minor chakras are those centered in each foot, known as the foot chakras.
These are our strongest points of grounding energy and represent our connection to the earth.
This is a Wolf-Moon Tibetan singing bowl with a 128Hz frequency.
This is paired with the symphonic gong which generates an ultra-low 70Hz frequency.
The 3rd and 4th minor root chakras are located in the back of each knee.
These energy points are said to control your direction and momentum in life as well as your flexibility in a physical sense and the way you approach life.
The crystal singing bowl to the right is a lower root bowl with a 128Hz frequency.
Paired with the 194Hz tuning fork, these frequencies represent the knee chakras.
