It begins!!!!

The first of 3 Acts of what I was able to complete for Sonic: the Wrath of Nazo. I know for many of you this may barely count as a consolation prize after canceling my original intent for the film’s scope, but I truly was excited to pull this story off and want to share what I was able to accomplish.

Acts 2 and 3 are being mixed with new lines and audio currently. I really only got to work on Act 1 while I was between projects this past summer, so I am hoping to find time to get Act 2 and 3 out the door (with minimal unemployment, I hope)

I want to thank everyone, especially my Patrons, who supported me through this. I’ve read so many understanding, empathetic responses, as well as (understandably) frustrated, but good faith feedback responses. My Patrons specifically made affording this project (software, hardware repairs/upgrades, voice actors, freelancers, etc) much more feasible, and I will always be grateful for that despite slowly finding it harder to not just provide Nazo content to them, but also personal work and such for those interested in my projects outside/beyond Nazo.

And for those curious, YES you may use footage and audio for your own creations if you want to re-animate or re-dub Act 1. I’d appreciate you crediting the voice actors, musicians who created original tracks, and myself, but that’s about it! Go for it!!

Acts 2 and 3 will take a lil more time and I don’t have an estimate, but I sure would love to have them out in 2024.

Once again, thank you all

Hey folks! Newgrounds released this awesome program called “Swivel” that converts your flash movies in to a video format perfectly, even upscaling them. So I decided to take my old Sonic Nazo Unleashed trilogy, combine in to one in 1080p HD, especially now that YouTube allows for movies longer than 15 minutes 6 years later. Now I look back and the drawings, backgrounds, and animation come off as very crude, but because I made this when I was in high school, I am still proud of it. Not only was the video upscaled, but I added many special effects and screen direction fixes.

I have also included optional annotation notes about characters, moves, and trivia throughout the movie.

Special thanks to Newgrounds and Mike for the Swivel program
